PAYMENT

50% non-refundable deposit to start garment with remaining 50% due at final fitting. 

ACCESSORIES AND NON-CUSTOM ITEMS ONLY

On Accessories and non-custom items only, The Clothier offers a refund or merchandise exchange if the same item is returned within 14 days of purchase accompanied by a register/gift receipt. Returns with a receipt over 14 days but no longer than 30 days or returns without a receipt will receive a store credit only. All items must be unused. Non-custom-made items are not
exchangeable or refundable after alterations have been made.

CUSTOM ITEMS

On made-to-order items, due to the customnature, The Clothier does not issue refunds. Full monetary refunds can only be
issued on custom-made orders within 24 hours from submitting the order. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact The Clothier immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that she can evaluate the issue and make it right.  The Clothier will handle any required alterations during your first fitting and/or within 21 days of the day you pick up your garment. Alterations will be done at no additional cost to the customer only the first time. If the customer wishes additional alterations after that, it will be at an additional cost to the customer. The Clothier is not responsible for any alterations and/or remakes of the garment if the client experienced a change of more than 10lbs in body weight from the time the client was measured to the time the client's garment was delivered.  When you place your custom order with The Clothier, you are agreeing to these terms.

PICKUP TIMES

The Clothier is not responsible for garments that have not been picked up in 90 days from the day of delivery notice.
